Refund Policy:

All pre-order payments collected at Cat-power.com are fully refundable. The Refund button located at My Orders tab at the web site. You can also send an email to sales@cat-power.com.cn with your pre-order number and “REFUND” in the email header. All refunded will be processed next business day.

60 Day Product Return Policy:

We will accept returns within 60 days from purchase in original unopened box only. In order to return the product please contact your local dealer as shown in our website.

Warranty and Product Replacement Policy

All CAT Chargers products are covered by 2-years replacement warranty. CAT Chargers warrants that CAT Chargers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period specified in the warranty from the date of purchase.

This warranty will not apply if the product has been misused, abused, or altered. Warranty for the cable does not include normal tear and wear. Plugs that have been exposed to snow or water for a prolonged period of time are not covered by this warranty. The warranty will apply only if the product is defective.

For all products that are under warranty CAT Chargers will issue a replacement unit free of charge. CAT Chargers will cover shipping and handling expenses for both the replacement unit and, the return shipping for the defected unit.

Warranty claims made within 60 days from purchase will be replaced with a new unit. Warranty claims made after 60 days will be replaced with a refurbished unit.

CAT Chargers assumes no liability for any dismantling, removal, installation, re-installation, or labor costs or any consequential damages associated with this warranty. CAT Chargers is not responsible or liable for any costs associated with faulty installations.
